Exhibition

This two-day tabletop exhibit will take place on Sept 27-28, 2022 which are days #1 and #2 of the 2022 International Conference on Planarization Technology (ICPT 2022). The exhibit space is integrated into the spaces used for coffee breaks each morning and afternoon and will be open throughout both days providing many opportunities for discussions with attendees.  Additionally, Exhibitors will have virtual booth space on the Engagez Platform.  We encourage our Exhibitors to make use of this space by sharing product brochures, video demonstrations, experimental studies, company contact information, and company links.  Exhibitors can schedule meetings and answer questions interactively!
 

• One 6’ x 2.5’ skirted table with electricity (upon request and with limited amperage).

  • Please note that pop-up booths must fit in the allocated 6’ x 2.5’ space that is allocated. If your booth is larger, please purchase two tables.​

• Company name listing on the conference website and in all promotional materials.

• One registration for in-person ICPT2022 conference attendance.

  • Due to space and traffic flow concerns, the organizers ask that exhibitors please limit the number of staff at their table to 2 people at any one time.

  • Exhibitor-only personnel while not being granted access to the technical symposium

  • Exhibitor-only personnel will have access to all meals and the conference banquet.​  Please reach out to support@icpt2022.org to provide your team's headcount, names, contact information, and meal information.

• Copy of the digital ICPT proceedings and any other conference materials.

• A final attendee list in Microsoft Excel format.
